Celeste Arnotti

Executive Director

Mr. Ronnie

Head Of Security

Mr. Ronnie is a founding member of Preferred Family Resource (2000). He has been instrumental in creating the Security Department for PFR. Mr. Ronnie has a background in tactical training and martial arts. His major concern is the Health and Safety of all participants. He continues to ensure the company has up to date experience and education for first aide and emergency procedures. Mr. Ronnie organizes classes and monthly courses for required continuing education. He developed the Zones for protection of children and adults while in programs of PFR. Mr. Ronnie is also responsible for the development of our Suicide Awareness course and First Responders of Mental Health of Teens Program.

Ms. Kinsley

Assistant Executive Director

Ms. Kinsley is a founding member of Preferred Family Resource (2000). She is the Assistant Director of PFR. She has been trained in Cross Curriculum and able to assist with all programs. Her background in social work, education and criminal justice has promoted her to Georgia State PFR Administration. Over 15 years as a dedicated Monitor/Staff member she has a wealth of experience. Ms. Kinsley is a veteran of sharing information to Family Court. A highly trained observer she leads PFR in professionalism and the highest of Integrity. Ms. Kinsley is responsible for the development of many policies and procedures to promote positive experiences for faculty and families.

Mr. Kevin

Professional Monitor

Mr. Kevin is an author and teacher. He created his own parenting program/ game for raising children. He has been with PFR for many years now and is a wonderful monitor.

Ms. Shavon

Hello my name is Shavon. I am a licensed social worker. It has been exciting working with Preferred Family! I have a educational background in social work. I earned my BSW from Tuskegee University and MSW from Barry University. I am also CPR certified. I currently have the pleasure of working with the elderly population on the week day. Come the weekends, I get a chance to help cultivate a great experience for the youth. Being a professional monitor is something that I really enjoy. It warms my heart to be apart of creating great memories for the youth in a safe environment. Preferred Family is assisting families connect in a safe, positive, and exciting way. I’m thankful to be apart of the team!

Mr. Josh joined Team Georgia in 2019. He quickly became one of the clients favorite Professional Monitor. His friendly calm approach to all of his tasks and responsibilities make him the Go-To -Guy for Preferred Family Resource. He is dedicated to keeping the focus on the children. You can often hear him say, “We are Professionals that remain neutral with a concentration on positive experiences. ” Mr Josh reminds us that true wealth is measured by happiness and joy not money. He is passionate about Honesty, Integrity, and Neutrality.

Ms. Jennifer

Professional Monitor

Jennifer is a resident of Woodstock, Georgia and a proud mother of two little boys. She graduated, with High Honors, from the University of West Georgia where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in the field of Sociology and a minor in Psychology. Jennifer loves animals and is passionate about training her son’s service dog named Rosie. Rosie recently graduated from the University and is an official working Service Dog. Jennifer also loves children and is passionate about the reunification of families. She very much enjoys being a professional monitor for Preferred Family Resources.

Ms. Tamika

Ms. Tamika is a Georgia Native, who studied Nursing however got her certification in Central Sterile Supply Technician. Helping others brings her tremendous joy as being helpful has always been a passion of hers. She also enjoys being around kids and has two of her own. She aspires to be able to make a difference in everything she is passionate about.

Ms. Vera

Professional Monitor

Ms. Vera is a lifelong resident of Myrtle Beach South Carolina. She is an expert in locating awesome venues for Supervised Visitations. Vera has a heart and dedication for children and their families. She has Educational Certification from South Carolina and continues to work for Horry County Schools. Vera is a Veteran Professional Monitor that has worked for Preferred Family Resource for years. Ms. Marquita

Professional Monitor

Marquita was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania but at the age of 15 moved to Atlanta, Georgia with her mother and sister.  Marquita is the mother of great 4 children 2 sons and 2 daughters.  After focusing much on her family in 2013 she decided to go back to school to obtain a degree while working as a social services assistant in a long-term care facility.  Marquita in 2017 graduated from University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Shortly after that accomplishment Marquita enrolled into Simmons University and obtained a master’s degree in social work during the pandemic in 2020 while raising her family.  Marquita has over 17 years of social work experience working with the elderly population.  Marquita is extremely knowledgeable in Georgia Medicaid, elderly rights, and community-based programs for those less fortunate.  Marquita currently is a community case manager/social worker for a Medicaid wavier program and works daily to ensure that her clients receive the best and all services that they require.

Ms. Saundria

Professional Monitor

Saundria is a native of Michigan and she currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She attended Saginaw Valley State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a double minor in Criminal Justice and Sociology. She went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Administration Criminal Justice & Security. Her experience in the workforce are in the areas of is a coaching, case management,  and professional monitoring. Saundria currently devotes her time to mentoring youth in the Department of Juvenile Justice and the Department of Family & Children Services, where she serves people in the community who are in need of assistance. She has received countless awards for her excellent work ethic, ambition, and dedication for what she does in her field. Saundria is passionate about helping families reconnect and motivating people to believe in their dreams and persevere through all adversity. Ms. Lashoi

Professional Monitor

Ms. Lashoi is originally from Phoenix, Az , and recently moved to Georgia. She has 3 kids and 1 grandbaby. Her background has been in behavioral health working with children, elderly, and mentally disabled. For the past 6 years working to integrate medical and mental health, for individuals with disabilities. She has an Associates Degree in Medical Specialties, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration.

Ms. Diamond

Professional Monitor

Ms. Diamond is a native of Atlanta Georgia. She attended Albany State University where she obtained her bachelor’s in social work. During her collegiate years, Diamond studied abroad in Trinidad & Tobago, attending the University of West Indies to earn more credits towards her social work degree. Diamond furthered her education at Valdosta State University where she obtained her master’s in social work. Diamond started her career journey working as a CPS investigator with the Department of Family and Children Services. She currently serves as a School Social Worker in a high school setting with Atlanta Public School System. Diamond devotes her free time to coaching the cheerleading time at her high school. She has also founded a girls mentoring group called “Top Tier Sisters” where she brings young ladies together to mentor, coach, educate and uplift them.
